47% of UK adults do not feel confident managing their own money. And as a bank, Halifax took that personally. So we set out on a mission to grow their customers' money smarts, give people the tools to spend wisely and ingrain good habits in the long term. Simple, right?

Even before the cost of living crisis hit, the UK was already going through a crisis of financial confidence. In fact, according to Fincap, 47% of UK adults did not feel confident managing their own money.

Our solution

We teamed up with Halifax on a full content programme to get the nation better at managing its money. It all started with education, then providing the right financial tools and finally ingraining good habits for the long term. In true Halifax style, we kept the tone light, the info clear and the cadence of comms grounded firmly in our customers’ personal and financial lives.
